Our cutlery is handcrafted by the Consigli family workshop in Scarperia – a village in the Mugello region of Tuscany where the production of knives has continued since the 1400s. The artisans of Scarperia are widely recognized as "Master Knife makers." The Consigli family of Scarperia continues the centuries-old tradition of this Tuscan village with passion and dedication.
