Most of our antiques require White Glove Delivery to ensure safe arrival. While we do not provide White Glove Delivery ourselves, we use only trusted national delivery companies. When your item has been picked up from our warehouse, you will receive email notification, including tracking information. The delivery company will contact you to schedule the delivery. Your item will be delivered into your home, placed exactly where you want it, and all packing materials removed. Please inspect your item for any damage and report any damages to the White Glove Delivery company.
Please note that White Glove Delivery can take from 4 to 8 weeks. Delivery within California is typically faster (2 to 3 weeks) and local Bay Area delivery is available typically within 2 weeks of purchase.

We carefully pack and ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, and USPS Priority Mail within 2 days of your order. Once your item has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information for your package. Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes via FedEx or UPS. We do not ship outside of the U.S.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 3 days) via phone or email. Please keep the damaged item and all of the packaging material and provide photos of the damaged item.
Orders shipped within California will be charged sales tax. Out of state orders will not be charged sales tax.

Some of our antique and vintage items are listed as “Final Sale, Not Returnable.” If that is the case, please make your selections carefully as those items are not returnable.
Items not listed as a “Final Sale, Not Returnable” can be returned in accordance with the following policy.
- Contact us (via email or phone) within 3 days of receiving the item.
- You will be responsible for return shipping expenses.
- As long as the item arrives at our warehouse in the same condition that it was sent, you will receive a refund less the original shipping expenses.
The nature of handmade objects is that no two are alike. Therefore, the object you receive may vary somewhat from the object pictured on our site. For example, the cow horn of a pocket knife may be lighter or darker in color than the one pictured on our site. We celebrate that kind of variety and we hope that you will too!
