About the Locchi Crystal Atelier

Tucked away on a small street in Florence’s artisan district – the Oltrarno – is the small Locchi family workshop. This atelier is famous all over the world for the quality of its restoration of glass and precious crystal items. The Locchi family has been restoring, grinding, and carving crystal objects since the nineteenth century, when the family was commissioned work by the Grand Duke of Tuscany.

The ability and experience of our craftsmen allow each object to have the same characteristics as those crafted centuries ago.” –Matteo Locchi
