Original One of a Kind Coin Pendant Chain Necklace

This necklace is part of my collection of original pendants made with various vintage materials. A page from an antique book is the background with a vintage reproduction coin surrounded by gold "chain". A heavy gold chain 24" in length completes the design. The pendant is large - 2" in diameter. 

This necklace is lovingly handmade in my home studio in San Francisco. My creations are a mix of antique, vintage, and new parts. I have loved working with “found” objects for as long as I can remember!  Ever since I started in the '60s, creating jewelry has been a source of immense joy and therapy.
