Ronchetto Valtellinese Knife with Olive Wood Handle

Description

The Consigli family workshop in Scarperia, Tuscany handcrafts an impressive line of regional knives.  This Ronchetto Valtellinese pocket knife is their version of a typical cutting tool used in viticulture from Valtellina in the Lombardy region of northern Italy. Like most humble tools used in agriculture, the handle was usually made of wood, and this knife handle is made of richly grained olive wood from Tuscany. The blade is stainless steel.

The ronchetto is 3.75” long when closed and 6.75” long when open.
