Piemontese Pocket Knife with Juniper Wood Handle

The Consigli family workshop in Scarperia, Tuscany handcrafts an impressive line of regional knives.  This Piemontese pocket knife is their version of the historical knife from the Piedmont region of Italy.  It is distinctive for its streamlined shape and lever-operated blade. Solid and functional, the blade is made of stainless steel while the handle is made from fragrant juniper wood.

The Piemontese is 4.75” long when closed and 7.25” long when open.
