The Consigli family workshop in Scarperia, Tuscany handcrafts an impressive line of regional knives. The Gobbo Abruzzese design is based on antique knives that were used by shepherds of the Abruzzo region. It is distinctive due to its slender blade and "gobbo" or hunch-back shape of the handle. The handle of this knife is crafted from the tip of a cow horn. The blade is stainless steel.
The Gobbo Abruzzese is 4 ½” long when closed; and 8” long when open.
