The Consigli family workshop in Scarperia, Tuscany handcrafts an impressive line of regional knives. The Fiorentino is the typical knife from Florence. The “giglio” or fleur-de-lys, the symbol of Florence, is inserted into the handle. The handle of this knife is crafted from the tip of a cow horn. Skilled artisans engrave the design on the band. The blade is stainless steel.
The Fiorentino is 4 ½” long when closed; and 7 ¾” long when open.
