The Falorni steak knives are handcrafted by the Consigli family workshop in Scarperia – a village in the Mugello region of Tuscany where the production of knives has continued since the 1400s. The artisans of Scarperia are widely recognized as "Master Knife makers." The Consigli family of Scarperia continues the centuries-old tradition of this Tuscan village with passion and dedication.
These steak knives were designed in collaboration with the famous Falorni butcher in Greve in Chianti. The knives are constructed of stainless steel and cow horn. Each knife is 9" long. The set comes in a wooden storage box with paper sleeve.
Please note that because the Cow Horn is a natural product, color variations are to be expected - from white to gray to brown. Should you desire a certain color, please contact us.
