The Consigli family workshop in Scarperia, Tuscany handcrafts an impressive line of regional knives. The Casertano design is unique in that the edge of the blade is straight all the way to the tip. This straight cutting edge makes the Casertano suitable for a wide variety of uses and is responsible for the popularity of this knife even outside the area where it originated, in Caserta near Naples. The handle of this knife is crafted from the tip of a cow horn. The blade is stainless steel.
The Casertano is 4 ½” long when closed; and 7 ¾” long when open.
Please note that because the Cow Horn is a natural product, color variations are to be expected - from white to gray to brown. Should you desire a certain color, please contact us.
