The Consigli family workshop in Scarperia, Tuscany handcrafts an impressive line of regional knives. The Calabrese design is based on a historical knife from the southern Italian region of Calabria. Distinctive for a straight, pointed blade and a handle trim featuring two small round ring nuts and a large stainless steel "button" at the tip. The handle of this knife is crafted from the tip of a cow horn. The blade is stainless steel.
The Calabrese is 4.5” long when closed; and 8” long when open.
