A rare shallow form 3-drawer chest in the Empire style dating to the 19th century from Italy. The three locking drawers are adorned with classical wreath and swag bronze hardware. This cherry wood chest is raised on block legs and fitted with a new Carrara marble top. Its shallow depth makes it perfect for a small entry, hallway or any small space needing a touch of Old World style.
