Charming 19th century rustic farm table with attractive turned legs and a planked top with cleated ends. Legs are a deeper brown chestnut wood while the top is lighter pine with a nice distressed look. This table had served as a dough-making table and once had a dough storage compartment underneath the top. The old metal screws along the apron sides once secured the compartment to the base and now serve to hold the top to the base.
