The Consigli family workshop in Scarperia, Tuscany handcrafts an impressive line of regional knives. This Arburese pocket knife is their mini version of the historical Sardinian knife. It is distinctive for its rounded blade. This small knife has a ring in the tip. Consigli has been supplying knives to Sardinia for so long that their Arburese knives have become “Sardinian by adoption.” Consigli signs these knives with a different name they developed just for the Sardinian market – “Arbus.”
The handle of this knife is made with the tip of a cow horn from Tuscany. The blade is stainless steel.
This small Arburese is 3” long when closed and 5.25” long when open.
Please note that because the cow's horn is a natural product, color variations are to be expected.
